Quick Radish Fennel Salad
High protein diet phase 1
freshly ground pepper
can be dry if you do not have the fresh herb
Slice the fennel and radishes on a mandoline slicer as thin as possible. I do not have one so I just cut my fennel and radishes into thinnish slices.
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, oil, salt, and lots of pepper.
Put the vegetables into another bowl, pour in the dressing, add the dill and mix it all very well. That´s it. Enjoy your meal!
